AMAZING!!!

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow Palette:

I have always loved ABH but this palette made me fall in love with it even more. The colors are gorgeous first of all. It is very easy to use and pigmented and you can build up the color. The shimmer shadows don't even need a wet brush, they are just so amazing!

Not a 5 out of 5, but close

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow Palette:

I was so excited when I saw this palette, as the MR palette is one of my favorites and for the most part it didn't disappoint. I would agree with one of the previous reviewers that Throne was one of the big selling points for me judging by what I saw online and it does layer kind of muddy, but it was pretty on it's own. I've just started playing with different colors together but first impression is that this will be one of my go tos!

rich pigment, soft and blendable! another ABH win!

By MommyRitz

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow Palette:

I own almost all of ABH eyeshadow palettes and i am incredibly in love with the Prism Palette. The colors are soooo pigmented. They are super soft and easy to blend but not as soft as those in the subculture palette. There is kickup but not a lot. a little goes a long way and the color range is amazing and the versatility of looks you can create is endless.. total winning palette in my book!

Holy Grail for the Holidays

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow Palette:

I bought this on their website when it dropped but I wanted to use majority of shades before I left a review.
The colors I haven't touched yet are Osiris and Throne. I have ideas but I haven't used them yet but they swatch nicely. The other colors are beautiful! They swatch nicely and look nice on the lid. Some colors I've tried applying with a brush and my finger. Some work both ways and some like the metallic shades work better using your finger or a wet brush. The only shade so far I had a little trouble with was Lucid like another reviewer had mentioned. It's beautiful but hard to get pigment out of. Otherwise I've had good luck with all of them! The color that intimidated me the most was Sphere, but I used it and it was really nice! I'm not a fan of yellow either so I was really surprised!
I'm a huge fan of ABH. When I saw pictures of Subculture on Twitter, I thought it was a joke. Of course no offense to anyone who likes the pallete, but right off the bat the color scheme was too out there for me. I am also a die hard neutrals & pinks lover and I'm slowly for the past year starting to break out of my comfort zone. When I had heard the reviews, I was nervous to buy Prism. I get that every brand has a flop but it's frustrating to buy something and have it not work. Luckily I took the plunge without having to wait to swatch it at the store. I'm so glad I did! The colors are great and perfect for the holiday season. They blend so easily and they're so creamy! It reminds me of Modern Renaissance, but with a holiday spin on it. I'm going to a work holiday party and I don't know what color my dress is going to be but I NEED TO USE THIS PALLETE! That's all I know.

I love this palette! I was nervous to buy it at first, given the scandal of the long awaited Subculture palette, but I'm glad I took the plunge! There is almost no fallout and is perfect for making fall looks (excluding Sphere which is a little uh, odd? bright? highlighter yellow?, but I'm sure others can make it work better than I can)!

    Blends like a dream

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow Palette:

Love this palette. The shimmers are beautiful and the mattes blend so well. Easier to blend than Subculture but not as pigmented. Still love them both.

    Disappointed

    By Beth

    from CC, Texas

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow Palette:

The Colors on the palette really are pretty but don't blend as well the modern renaissance and subculture. Also I received it in the mail from the ABH website and the shade Eternal was not packed down properly and was just clumps of product falling all over the place. On top of that, they had the audacity to offer me $4 back like that makes up for one of the best shades being unusale. All the way around disappointed in this palette.

    Nope

    By Ginger

    from Florida

Comments about Anastasia Beverly Hills Prism Eyeshadow Palette:

First off, the colors are gorgeous in the palette, but three of them don't go on the eye even remotely like they look in the palette. Throne goes on the eye kind of a muddy grayish purplish brownish, and NOT green in any way. It doesn't build up well to get that green, either. I tried three different times to get Throne to work and just gave up. Osiris isn't as rich or popping as I thought it would be, either; and Obsidian needed so much building that the look got lost. If you use Fix+ to apply the shimmers, you'll probably get more payoff, but the palette won't do it on its own. The rest of mattes were all pretty and true to color, but I didn't want the palette for the mattes. I wanted that rich deep green foil and that rich, deep cobalt shimmer, and that blackest black. If you're hoping for a palette that makes up for the disappointment of Subculture, this palette doesn't cut it. One pro over Subculture is at least that the colors are pressed well and blend better. Except for Throne, which just made me angry and sad.
